WFX understands the importance of keeping your information safe and secure. We provide you with state-of-the-art physical and digital internet security to assure complete protection of your data when using the WFX Cloud.

WFX Servers are hosted at one of the world’s largest tier 1 data centres located in North America. The data centre provides physical security, virus control and Internet security. Firewalls and a constant Port monitoring service are in place to ensure no unauthorized access to the server from outside intruders.


WFX has RAID redundancy via Raid disc arrays and processor/hardware redundancy in place. Raid supplies safe recovery of data in the event of hard disk failure. Any server's hard drive can fail without loss of data. Raid also provides for hot swappable hard disks, in order to replace a failing hard disk without service interruption.

The following measures are in place to prevent unauthorized access by internal and external parties.

In-built multi-tier user authentication. A valid username, password and company ID is required to log into WFX's solutions. Password length and change intervals are determined by client company policy. Customers have full independent control on passwords and may change them at any time. In case of password breach, the admin may change the Company ID and all users will become inactive.

In-built user permissions, which can be configured by the customer ensuring not all users can access all company data, and only are able to access data relevant for them to execute their tasks.

SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 128 bit encryption in place for communication with the server. This protects information using both server authentication and data encryption to help ensure that Data is safe, secure, and available only to you. Also, passwords and login information are stored in an encrypted format not accessible by anyone even in our organization. This is the same technology used in secure on-line banking transactions.
